Terms and Conditions:
Entering the Site "SuperDuperClub.com"
will constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree to abide by these terms, please do not enter the Site. What is listed
below pertains to the terms and conditions of placing an order.
- Items may go on backorder at anytime. In that case, the order
will be put on hold for up to 30 business days and it will be released as
soon as the item becomes available. This process will cause delay in
shipping the order.

We reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel
orders in our sole discretion.
Product:
Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change
without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and we reserve the
right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or
omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
Pre-Orders:
Availability of pre-book items are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders on pre-book items.
Backorders:
Our policy is to ship as available. For example, if you order one In Stock
item and one Backordered item, we will ship your In Stock item now and your
Backordered item when it becomes available. Your credit card will be charged
for all the items in your order. We will adjust your shipping charges to
reflect an additional shipping charge when the Backordered item is shipped.
Shipping & Handling:
The Shipping Table indicates the delivery timeframe after your order has
been shipped. We take at least two business days to process and ship orders
which must be considered before placing your order.
O rders containing more than one item may ship from more than one warehouse.
If the order was split into multiple shipments, the major part of the
shipments will be shipped using the original shipping method, selected in
the order. The remaining part of the order will be shipped using the default
shipping method which is USPS STANDARD SHIPPING.
Additional shipping charges will be applied to Nutritional Supplement
orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Military addresses and P.O. Boxes.
Shipping costs are
non-refundable. |
